At Playjuggling, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return any unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all juggling equipment is returned in its original packaging and condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the 'Return Item' option next to your order, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that balls, clubs, and props are padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
